One of our members recently visited the Balwyn branch of Bendigo Bank to enquire about their willingness to assist with the financing of an investment property.
After submitting the usually required information on assets, liabilities, income and expenses, Bendigo Bank agreed to provide a housing loan – secured on the family home – for approximately 50% of the value of the investment property.
By ensuring that Bendigo Bank was aware that the borrower was a member of Canterbury Tennis Club, the Bank will pay an incentive allowance of $1000 to the Club.
At the same time, the member enquired about insurance products offered by the Bank. Very competitive quotations were provided, and the member agreed to take out a Building and Contents policy and a Motor Vehicle policy, underwritten by CGU, earning the Club a further $50 incentive payment.
The quality of service at Bendigo Bank was very professional.
A win-win- win for our member, Bendigo Bank and Canterbury Tennis Club.
